Coach Anne, CCC — Autism Life Coach

CCC Certification Badge

Senior Coach

#actuallyautistic

Coach Anne is a compassionate and experienced neurodivergent life coach who brings both professional expertise and deeply personal understanding to her practice. As a late-discovered autistic adult, Anne draws directly on her own lived experience to help clients navigate sensory overwhelm, identify their greatest strengths, and embrace their neurodivergence as something to work with—not against.

Anne holds a Certified Professional Life Coach designation through the World Coach Institute (an ICF-accredited program) and a Certified Cognitive Coach credential through IBCCES. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Central Florida, she combines strong interpersonal skills with evidence-based coaching strategies to create a truly personalized experience for each client.

Her coaching journey began in 2017, initially supporting highly sensitive people and empaths who struggled with emotional overwhelm. Over time, Anne recognized that many of her clients were neurodivergent—autistic, ADHD, and more—and she deeply resonated with their experiences. Through research and self-reflection, she discovered her own neurodivergence, which profoundly shaped her approach and deepened her ability to connect with the people she serves.

One of Anne's greatest gifts as a coach is her ability to help clients challenge the limiting beliefs that have held them back. Many neurodivergent individuals carry self-doubt from years of living in a world that wasn't designed for their brains and nervous systems. Anne helps them rewrite those internal narratives, shift toward genuine self-acceptance, and recognize strengths they may never have acknowledged before.

She provides personalized progress notes after each session, giving clients a clear picture of their growth, next steps, and evolving goals. Anne also serves as a parent coach, working with families to build understanding and support systems tailored to their unique needs.

Among her proudest professional moments: helping a client secure funding and services through their state's developmental disabilities department, supporting a client in landing their first paid internship, and guiding a transgender client in gaining the confidence to come out to their parents with a sense of safety and support.

Outside of coaching, Anne finds joy in music of all kinds—especially rock and roll concerts—gardening, walks in nature, spending time with her husband, family, and beloved cats, and exploring art and theater.
