Yes, we offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to assess needs and match you with the right coach. No commitment is required.

Do you work with clients outside of New Jersey?

Absolutely. We work with clients globally, including across the United States, Canada, Turkey, and Kuwait, primarily through virtual video conferencing.

What is the cost of coaching sessions?

Virtual life coaching sessions are $180 per hour via secure HIPAA-compliant video conferencing. In-person coaching sessions are $225 per hour and available in select areas across New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Florida, Colorado, Montana, Iowa, California, Ontario, Kuwait, and Turkey. We accept various funding sources including New Jersey DDD, ClassWallet, California SDP, and more.

What areas do you specialize in?

We specialize in life coaching for autistic adults, those with ADHD, and AuDHD individuals, focusing on executive functioning, social skills, independent living skills, communication, college/career development, and relationship building.

Do you offer life coaching for ADHD?

Yes! Many of our coaches specialize in ADHD and AuDHD (combined autism and ADHD). Our coaching addresses executive functioning challenges, time management, organization, and emotional regulation that are common with ADHD.

What is the difference between autism coaching and therapy?

While therapy focuses on mental health, diagnosis, and emotional processing, autism and ADHD life coaching is action-oriented and future-focused. We help neurodivergent adults build practical skills for executive functioning, social situations, independent living, and career development.
