Coach Francesco, CCC — Autism Life Coach

Senior Coach
With over seven years of dedicated coaching experience, Coach Francesco is passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals build confidence, strengthen their communication skills, and learn to advocate for themselves. An IBCCES Certified Cognitive Coach (CCC), he firmly believes that nobody should ever have to mask or suppress who they are in order to be accepted by the world around them.
Francesco brings a uniquely creative perspective to his work, informed by more than 25 years in the entertainment industry as a filmmaker, writer, performer, and producer. This rich background allows him to connect authentically with clients who have creative passions—whether in writing, visual arts, performance, or any form of self-expression—and to model how structure and discipline can coexist with artistic freedom.
His coaching style is calm, organized, and completely shame-free. He focuses on helping clients build sustainable routines, develop self-monitoring skills, and find personalized strategies that reduce daily anxiety. Drawing on additional experience in human resources and recruiting, Francesco is also especially effective at guiding clients through career transitions, job searches, and professional development.
Francesco is a co-author of Life Coaching for Adults on the Autism Spectrum: Discovering Your True Potential. He also holds LivingWorks Start Suicide Prevention certification and has completed Stanford University's Health Across the Gender Spectrum course, reflecting his commitment to inclusive, well-rounded support.
One of his proudest coaching milestones involved working with clients who initially lacked clear direction or independence. Within a year, several had secured fulfilling employment, built strong personal relationships, and made transformative life changes—testaments to the power of structured, compassionate coaching.
Outside of sessions, Francesco stays deeply engaged in the creative arts community, channeling his passion for storytelling, culinary exploration, vinyl record collecting, and social gatherings into a well-rounded life that inspires his clients to pursue their own interests with equal enthusiasm.
