Coach Jessica, ACAS — Autism Life Coach

ACAS Certification Badge

Coach

With more than two decades of experience guiding individuals and families through life's most complex challenges, Coach Jessica brings exceptional depth to her coaching practice. She holds a Master's in Psychology from Harvard University and is an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist through IBCCES, combining elite academic training with a holistic, heart-centered approach.

Jessica's coaching philosophy is wholistic, relationship-based, strengths-focused, and entirely shame-free. She believes deeply that "when we feel better, we do better" and helps clients find small, accessible steps to build momentum—even when life feels overwhelming. Her focus on deepening self-awareness and self-compassion creates space for clients to hold all aspects of their experience without judgment.

Her journey into autism coaching began through close friendships with autistic individuals and deepened as she worked to understand her own children's neurodiversity. She became fascinated by how autism shapes identity, relationships, and daily life, leading her to specialize in helping neurodivergent individuals and families heal, grow, and build the lives they want.

Jessica is trained across a wide range of modalities including executive function coaching, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, somatic experiencing, narrative therapy, and self-exploration. She also holds certifications in Circle of Security International, Healthy Families America coaching, Heart-Centered Facilitation, and Mobility Mentorship—giving her an unusually versatile toolkit.

Her coaching focuses on healing relationships, strengthening executive functioning, and fostering self-acceptance. Jessica has a remarkable ability to connect with clients through deep empathy and intuition, helping them uncover the root causes of limiting beliefs and guiding them toward recognizing their own inherent strengths.

The most rewarding part of her work is witnessing the transformations: parents and children strengthening their connection, someone moving from overwhelm to clarity, a client discovering newfound confidence. Jessica is continually inspired by the resilience and growth of the people she supports.

Outside of coaching, Jessica is a worldschooling mom of three who loves traveling, meeting people from different cultures, and learning through real-world experiences. She also enjoys nature, meditation, and alternative education—and she considers it an honor to walk alongside her clients as they create lives filled with purpose, connection, and ease.
