Coach Jessica, ACAS

Coach
Jessica holds a Master's in Psychology from Harvard University and is an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist through IBCCES. Her coaching philosophy is holistic, relationship-based, strengths-based, and shame-free, with a focus on self-compassion and self-awareness.
She employs a trauma-informed approach, helping clients deepen their self-awareness and self-compassion, often by identifying small, accessible steps to build momentum. Jessica emphasizes that "when we feel better, we do better" and encourages clients to hold space for all aspects of their lived experience.
Outside of her formal coaching practice, Jessica is a "worldschooling" mother of three who enjoys nature, meditation, international living, and alternative education.
