Coach Rosanne, CCC — Autism Life Coach

With more than 30 years dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals, Coach Rosanne brings an unmatched depth of real-world experience to her coaching practice. Her career began with tutoring and community-based support for young adults aging out of school programs, where she quickly recognized that her clients needed far more than academic help—they needed guidance in building self-esteem, developing social skills, and engaging meaningfully in their communities.

As a Certified Cognitive Coach (CCC) and former special needs paraprofessional, Rosanne has continuously expanded her training across multiple areas of support. She is known for her honest, straightforward approach—never sugarcoating challenges but always providing the encouragement and practical tools clients need to take meaningful action.

Rosanne specializes in helping clients improve their sense of self-worth, become more socially engaged, and develop the life skills necessary for greater independence. Her track record speaks for itself: she has guided numerous clients through milestones such as landing their first job, enrolling in higher education, and successfully transitioning into independent living arrangements.

She firmly believes that meaningful progress happens through small, consistent steps. No matter how slowly a client moves forward, Rosanne reminds them that forward motion is what truly matters. She sets realistic expectations with both clients and their families, ensuring everyone is aligned around achievable goals.

Beyond her coaching credentials, Rosanne has been fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and an active member of the Deaf community for over three decades. Outside of sessions, she enjoys reading, riding her Harley, and most of all, spending time with her family and grandchildren. She believes that everyone is a work in progress—and her mission is to help each client move forward with confidence, self-acceptance, and a clear plan.
