With a Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering and a Master's in Entrepreneurship, he blends rigorous problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of what it takes to build a meaningful career.

Diagnosed with autism at age 26 while completing his master's degree, Youssef's personal experience profoundly reshaped his perspective and ignited his passion for autism research and advocacy. His master's thesis—"Potential of Mainstream Autism Employment: How Could Organizational Innovation Be Used to Create Meaningful Employment for Autistic Individuals?"—reflects his commitment to creating more inclusive professional environments.

Youssef's coaching approach is personal, validating, and strengths-based. Because he has navigated many of the same challenges his clients face, he understands how important it is to feel genuinely heard and supported. He takes the time to see the world through each client's eyes, helping them reframe their experiences, discover new possibilities, and recognize opportunities they might not have considered.

His signature strategy involves using mindfulness practices to quiet overthinking and lower the barriers to executive functioning. By encouraging clients to let their bodies go through the motions of work without excessive mental resistance, he helps them build momentum and reduce the anxiety that often accompanies task initiation.
