Autism Connections, the DDS-funded Autism Support Center for Western Massachusetts, is located on Brookdale Drive in Springfield. They provide information, resources, and support for adults and families, including help navigating DDS eligibility and transition planning. Reach them at (413) 585-8010.
UCP of Western Massachusetts offers an “Autism Only” day program for adults 22 and older with DDS funding, focusing on life skills, social skills, and community inclusion. Contact their West Springfield office at (413) 442-1562.
