Autism resources in Virginia Beach
The FACT Autism Resource Center on Virginia Beach Boulevard is a centralized hub housing multiple autism organizations. Families of Autism Coming Together (FACT) offers monthly social outings for teens and adults, sports leagues, and life skills programs. The Autism Society Tidewater Virginia (ASTV) provides support groups, dances, and educational workshops.
Commonwealth Autism offers statewide resource navigation and periodic socials for neurodivergent adults. Lider Counseling and Sentara Pediatric Therapy, both located at the FACT center, provide clinical support including ADOS-2 assessments. Virginia’s Community Services Boards (CSBs) handle DD waiver screenings.
